FirstChair Privacy Policy

Overview

FirstChair is a education / music app for ios / ipados. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information Collected

FirstChair does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information through Nominal Code servers.

Information you create or configure in the app, such as preferences, content, reminders, locations, or settings, is expected to remain on your device unless you choose to export, share, or sync that information through device-level services.

How Information Is Used

Information you enter into FirstChair is used to provide the app’s core functionality. If you contact support, the information you provide will be used to respond to your request and improve the product.

Third-Party Services

FirstChair may rely on Apple platform services that are part of iOS or iPadOS. Nominal Code does not currently list additional third-party advertising services for FirstChair.

Data Retention

Data stored locally in FirstChair remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app, subject to your device backup and sync settings. Support messages may be retained as needed to respond to the request and maintain business records.

Children’s Privacy

FirstChair is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Nominal Code, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your Choices

You can delete information you create in the app using the app’s controls or by deleting the app from your device. You can also choose what information to include when contacting support.
